I didn’t start out in bookkeeping. Before numbers, there were classrooms.
I spent years as a preschool and K–12 teacher, then became a dyslexia intervention specialist — helping students work through challenges most people never see, one patient step at a time. After that, I moved into technical support supervision, where I learned how to untangle complicated systems and guide people through problems that felt overwhelming, until they weren’t.
Bookkeeping might seem like a big leap from teaching — but it isn’t, really. Every job I’ve had has been about the same thing: taking something confusing and making it clear. Whether it was a struggling reader, a frustrated customer, or now, a business owner staring at a spreadsheet that doesn’t make sense — my job has always been to sit down next to someone and say, “Let’s figure this out together.”
That’s what True Precise Bookkeeping is built on. I’m not just here to enter numbers into a system. I’m here because I genuinely love helping people — and small business owners deserve someone in their corner who actually cares whether they succeed.
